Best Source for Property Owner Phone Numbers?

Hey All,

I'm an investor in Denver and I've been writing letters for off-market deals and it's now time for me to follow up by calling. What service (DealMachine, Listsource, etc.) do you recommend to find property owners' phone numbers?
