Hey everyone, my name is Ryan and I’m currently living in Marshall, TX soon to be Cleburne, TX and I’m wanting to make a serious attempt at wholesaling.

What are some key tips and advice that you’d give someone who’s just starting out in the real estate game with ZERO experience in wholesaling.

Books, videos, personal advice.. I’m open to anything that build my education and help me understand everything better!
