I'm curious what the scene is right now with wholesaling in colorado at the moment? Is there a lot of people doin it? Or are more people trying to flip?

Tyler, the name of the game in both paths is finding deals. With flipping, your deal doesn't have to be as good because you don't have to take your money off the table before the rehab begins. The down side is that flipping has many baked in risks and you have to be a good project manager. Take inventory of your skill set and see what fits best for you and then do that.
