House Seller under agreement places the property with RE agnt.
What do you do when you have a Purchase Agreement to buy a house and the Seller while the agreement is current goes to a Real Estate agent and list the house you have under agreement?

I've never had to do this personally, but if you have a ratified P&S, you may have to threaten to cloud the title.
I'd recommend doing some research to see if this is a route you want to pursue (assuming they're now refusing to sell to you).
