Hello, Steve. They said it was for my skin in the game on a particular financed flip&fix deal if you are not a part of their membership. If you join their membership, the fee for joining is $3,000. It seems they want $3,000 no matter what.

Has anyone used the company DoHardMoney.com? They claim that they specialize in funding FixFlip deals. They ask for a $3,000 input at the closing that you are supposed to get back when you sell the property after repairs.

Any insight into this company you may know I would appreciate it.

What do you do when you have a Purchase Agreement to buy a house and the Seller while the agreement is current goes to a Real Estate agent and list the house you have under agreement?
