@Will Barnard @Lori Greene

So to be clear am i allowed to go to the title company with 2 contracts, with me in the middle?

Im not trying to do anything illegal and im not a realtor

I just know a guy that wants to sell his old property and i know a guy who wanta to buy. I just want to get paid for my part with out anyone feeling any kind of way . thats why i didnt want to add "assign"

Im looking up the different types of funding you guys put up to do more homework

@John Thedford oh ok... I was told its 1% by a mommy realtor but I see what you’re saying...... Thanks

I wouldnt feel comfortable since I’m new to this to put down that much money on a house that’s 70k

Thanks for the input.

@Joe Splitrock the house needs a lot of work and I plan on selling it to one of my buyers

On a house thats 70k and needs a lot of work would u still drop 5 grand in earnest money ?

Or would u just try for 1% or 2%
