Hey everyone, I Have a property under contract and I plan to wholesale it, the property ARV is around 365 to 370 the repairs are about 25K+/-. I got the property for 245k. The property Is in Hialeah Miami and I feel like there's space for An investor to make this work but I'm Not exactly sure where I should price this without going over the top. Let me know what you guys think if you have any advice on whether this is a good deal or if you have any ideas of where I should price this to where it makes sense for everyone. Thank you guys in Advance.

@Wislem Leger,

If you ever want to get completely discourage about wholesaling, listen to John Thedford. He's called me a wholesaler cheerleader, and that's probably true. I would, however, also listen to what he says and then do your research. Your local REI community should be a wealth of information for you. I strongly encourage you to attend as many local REI events as you can find.

You can definitely do this without breaking the law and without being the scum of the earth.
