Wholesaling in South Carolina

Newbie here looking to learn more about wholesaling. I live in South Carolina, anyone have any info on the legality of it here and the best way to do things?

Do NOT ask for legality of wholesaling here.
What does it matter what anyone here says? Even the lawyers don;t know anything. WHat ever anyone says it is your butt on the line even if 100% the answers here say yes.
So no!
Then, the best way to wholesale.. is to get a TON of free leads...
