 Head to trulia.

Put in the address you want to comp.

Find the truila listing of said house

then click the map button and see where said house is located.

Open an other trulia page for that city and click on "SOLD".

This will display all the properties that have recently been sold. Filter by bedrooms hose type, size etc. etc.

Then compare the comps and that my friend is how you can do it yourself!
