Putting houses under contract but the seller is already working with a realtor

I have a another quick question. I have two people that need to sell there house but they are working with a realtor. Is it possible for me to put them into a contract? What do I need to do? Thank you

A smart realtor will realize you are not the end (ultimate) buyer because they will try to qualify you. Then (if I were the broker (via the owner)) I would ask for a BIG earnest money deposit because a lot of wholesalers can't find an end buyer... because their deal isn't any good. Not to discourage you, but this is reality (or realty) for new wholesalers.
