Need you guys feedback!
I have buyers that are ready...
A realtor call me with a property in her listing. How do we work this out?
Do she take it off the listing, and contract with seller and split with her after closing?
Thanks

Excuse me, but I speak Arkansasian, as well as 3 dialects of Razorback, but you two were on the right track..

You need contract on Realtor 'n buy, go sell the buyer you got, or assign your buyer contract and get money on assignment from last buyer.

Su'eeee Ahy dude, later
