I have about 70 off market vacant properties & im having the hardest time finding a number or address of the owner. I search google, sometimes I get lucky, most of the time it’s a dead end. Also, I have this LLC that’s listed as a Taxpayer on the county website. When I search their LLC nothing comes up. What other option do I have on finding this LLC? Send all suggestions, websites, etc.

@Shanae Williams Call the recorder of deeds and/or tax assessors office at your local court house . Have them search the address . A lot of times they will have the owner of the llc s name registered with the city they will also tell you what the property last sold for and what the annual taxes are and if there is any Liens on the property . Im TellIn ya‘ Have the recorder of deeds on speed dial ! That office offers critical free information to investors !
