Reply from rehab buyer has me stumped!?

So in the midst of creating my buyers list one rehabber replied to my request with this single message, and the zipcode she wants them in:

"Only interest is in mid-size yard storage sheds, zip 77040. Thanks"

Anybody know what she means?

If you don't know what that rehabber is looking for, chances are pretty good that you aren't already looking for that type of stuff anyway. Focus on those where you have a match - your interest and their wants / needs should be aligned.
