Anyone closed 5 deals or more?

Hi BP, I'm looking to charge my motivational battery and was looking for any investors who has closed 5 deals or more. How did you get there? What was your marketing strategy? The more info the better, thanks bp.

YES SIR! 

I bought 80% of my deals on the MLS so not much of a marketing strategy. I got here buy buying out of state where I had the cash available to do more deals. I found my teams in the cities I wanted to invest in and then began working with them to do the deals. I've been doing the BRRR strategy and sometimes sell these properties turn key to other investors.
