@Will Clark I started with a very small account. I used the money for marketing. I handwrote letters to homeowners that were delinquent on taxes or property was vacant. My first deal was for 3k (took 8 months to find). Fast forward now and I'm doing 3 deals this month for 97k. I went from wholesaling to a flipper. With a tiny budget.
