Does anyone have insight on why some people I call DONT want to sell their property, even when it's a boarded up property in horrible condition that's been vacant for years? Is there some reason why people want to keep these properties?

Could be the same reason you see highly collectible vehicles rotting away in fields. Some owners truly believe that one day they'll get around to fixing it up but never do...
