How To Get Paid By End-Buyer?

Hi BP Family

I was wondering how to structure a deal with another wholesaler and get paid by my end-buyer. If you are working with another wholesaler to help wholesale their deal, and the wholesaler doesn't want to split or share the deal with you, then what would be the best way to contract with your end-buyer to get paid? How would one structure the deal ? Thanks.

@Larry N. , I would not be shopping any deal from any wholesaler who wouldn't split the proceeds. If you have his permission to shop the deal, you should get the split in writing before you do.

If you do not have his permission to shop the deal, then don't.
