Good day all!

I would like to learn how to do wholesale deals virtually.

I live in Cleveland, Ohio and I would like to do deals in Atlanta, Georgia.

Does anyone have any tips on how I would get my first deal done virtually?

Use the Bigger Pockets Community tab (under Find Members) to find investors in the area you want to wholesale. You can look them up by zip code and occupation. Use it to find cash buyers (usually flippers), and other wholesalers you may be able to help you understand the market.
