Hello a little new to the scene here but love the community! I was wondering if anyone had a contract template they wouldn't mind lending me for wholesaling in AZ. I find ways to structure my contract but I'm not too sure if certain things needed to be added for Arizona. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello All, so I'm a new real estate investor and was wondering if anyone knew or would be able to refer me to a good real estate attorney, one who knows seller side only HUD. I've been calling some and some people seem like they can help me but some don't seem to know what I'm talking about. I'm in the Phoenix area so if anyone knows, the help would be greatly appreciated. If anyone would like to team up I am open to that as well. I need to network so maybe we can help each other.

Hello out there guys! My name is Ramon and Im fairly new to real estate investing. I am looking for contract to use or compare mines too. Ive also read good things about single page agreements but have not looked at one myself. I know each state may have different laws that Im required to put into my contract so if anybody is familiar with Arizona and its laws the help would be greatly appreciated. Also if I dont have money to pay an attorney upfront is that fine? Could I just pay for one say after I make a deal or two? Thanks for any help, its appreciated!!
