Is wholesaling in Ma without a license illegal? Is it possible to do it?

@Jose Castillo  its nice that you want to check first.. forget about attorneys.. if you don't want to spend money and listen to their version. I have had attornies tell me I was correct only to get wrung up by the state and cost me big bucks.

I would only take ONE opinion and that is simply the department of real estate or whatever the name of the real estate commission is in your state.. I would contact them explain how you plan on doing business and ask them if a license Is required.. ... I suspect virtually every state has the same verbiage in the license laws.

IE if for profit or gain your business is to introduce buyers an sellers . then you need a license.

So the best thing to do is to buy the real estate then sell it.. this is fool proof.. but of course most wholesaler will just violate the law because billy bob on BP said it was OK.. lol

so take a minute check with the state and then fashion your business after what they tell you then yu don't have to worry.
