Richard, I like the way Sean organized his training courses. Simple and easy to understand and follow. Best advise I can give you is "take action" because knowledge is the power but action will lead you to great success :-) Good luck!

I love to hear more as well. Just finished their webinar today and very tempting to jump on board with them but like to do some research before the investment.

I'm ready to subscribe to www.agentpro247.com but didn't see Bronze package as Seth Williams mentioned in his youtube video. It only has Gold and Platinum packages. Did they take away Bronze forever? Thank you!

I want to subscribe to agentpro247.com under Bronze package but I only saw Gold & Platinum. Did they remove the Bronze package already? 

@Tony Goodspeed $100K Wholesaler program definitely is a better fit for you and your wife since you are experienced. I would suggest you check out Sean's webinar on $100K Wholesaler program first and see if he is providing the information and knowledge you need before you actually purchase the program. For me, I like the program because I can always refer back if I have anything unclear. Hope this helps!

@Justin Howe, yes there are so much free info out there and I was way overwhelmed by it actually when I first started searching anything related to "wholesaling". I was looking for someone local who is still doing transactions personally to upkeep what's going on out there and not just trying to sell outdated programs. I came across to Cody Sperber & Sean Terry. Both are great but I can only pick one and I chose Sean. Did you have a mentor when you first started?

Michael Mullins , the program is $997 & it's a 4 weeks online step by step courses. I just joined about 2 weeks ago & still at the stage of exploring. You are right, there are so much info on YouTube, here & podcast that I can learn from but I like the way Sean organized everything in 4 weeks that I can follow steps by steps.
