Advice on "Junkers" (properties under 5k)
Looking for advice on wholesaling very cheap properties that are vacant. I'm having trouble finding buyers for these properties. Are they worth pursuing?

If you are having trouble finding buyers, yes, you are wasting your time. Most are probably teardowns, and if it's not in a good area, most won't want to build there. It's not impossible, but there are better ways to make money. Why not look for properties 50k and under?
