@Jill F. That's a bummer. Where do you primarily shop? MLS? Direct? Wholesalers? I see a huge positive with being direct to seller during these times of chaos.

@Sean Tippens absolutely not. Shop around. It would cost my crew around 1,000 in labor and around $1,000 for materials. If that. Even with a professional company it shouldn’t be much more than that.

Gorgeous transformation!

There are so many variables involved. Personally, I aim for an average of $625 per door here in the Memphis market. I operate with the 50% rule so I typically net around $310 or so per door monthly. All in between $15k-$30k per door

I get asked this question more than you’d expect. My answer is “would a car dealer buy every car he has on his lot just bc it was discounted?” And if we kept every deal we had then we’d be buying around 10 homes per month!
