Just needing some clarification..

Could you wholesale a house thats currently going through bankruptcy? If so, how? If anyone could share some light on this subject I would greatly appreciate it

I'm neither a legal nor financial professional, so I can't give you anything authoritative.

However, as the owner is trying to payoff the debt on the property, I can't see any reason why the trustee would want to interfere beyond their basic duty in that role.
