Thanks for the response. 

If the owner has filed a chapter 13, would they have ability to sell the property? Would the Trustee try and interfere in any way?

Just needing some clarification..

Could you wholesale a house thats currently going through bankruptcy? If so, how? If anyone could share some light on this subject I would greatly appreciate it

@Ethan Painter thanks man. I've been using yellow letters. They do work. I'm more concerned now about the content on which Goes into these letters. Which messages are working the best compared to which ones aren't.

question, i have a potential vacant house that could be used as a rental property if fixed up, if the ARV is 45,000 and needs 10k of repairs, what would a landlord investor typically buy this type of property at? I'm in Columbia, SC
