Wholesaling while working fulltime

Are there any wholesalers out there that work regular full-time jobs at the same time?

I'm considering wholesaling but not really sure how to go about it while holding down a job.

Any suggestions?

All depends on what your trying to make off it. If your just trying to close a deal once in awhile than doing it part time is fine, but if your trying to make a business out of it than you have to give it the attention any business deserves. I believe that most people don't understand that wholesaling is really a sales and marketing business. And if you can't make the time to answer phone calls and market your business you could be spinning your wheels for a long time while never actually getting any deals. If your current job allows you to have free time and the ability to ATLEAST answer your phone and respond to emails than give it a try.

But to answer your question I also started while I had a full-time job. I was a medical sales rep so I worked on the road and made my own schedule. So it was easy to wholesale on the side until it became full time.
