Post: Getting wholesale deals from other wholesalers?

JVing deals is a great thing BUT DO NOT just take another wholesaler's deal and re-market it without gaining permission first! There are TONS of wholesalers that just daisy-chain deals they have no control over and never even talk to the other wholesaler involved. This happens more than often. So my advice is always to talk to the wholesaler that has the deal and ask for permission FIRST before trying to sell other people's deals.

@Garrett M. Not if you are referring to the Philadelphia real estate market, I'm still in it. I can't speak for others but I left because I decided I can't raise my kids in this city any longer. The last year in my view has destroyed what living in the city was all about. Plus, too cold.....Florida sunshine is much better for the health!

As a lifelong Philadelphian of over 41 years, I just packed up all my stuff and moved my family down to Florida.  I don't know if that Zillow article is correct or not but people are definitely leaving. I know many who have and more that are planning on it. At the same time, I know many realtors that are very busy. So who really knows what's going on. I do know that the surrounding counties are BOOMING especially the suburbs.

Working-class America, properties are cheap, you'll get decent rents but don't expect property value to grow anytime soon.

I don't know anything about that company but there are so many of them it's hard to keep track. I would say NO, do not spend your money or your parent's money on any real estate training. Everything you need to learn is available for free and the rest is up to you to put in the work. It's NOT an easy business but if you're passionate about it you'll find a way.

When I first started my monthly budget was $500-1000 a month, closed 8 deals my first year. In my 2nd year, I closed 42.....monthly budget started to increase as the more deals I closed, and slowly but surely I was able to build a business. I have yet to pay for ANY training. You can put that money to better use. Just my 2 cents.

Best of luck.

@Anthony Liguori feel free to reach out anytime just keep in mind that PA is very large and you will run into the same issues here as in NJ. For example parts of Philadelphia are just as expensive as NJ if not more in certain areas. So its all gonna come down to your strategy and what you're looking to do.

@Anthony Liguori HAHA......LackaWhAT????? Yeah, I would say it's out! lol

All though depending on your strategy you can find some pockets of PA where the cash flow is good BUT zero appreciation of the homes.

Well, Philadelphia is one of the best places to invest and has been for the last few years, we have some of the hottest zip codes all over the country, there are ALSO TONS of pockets and areas all over Philadelphia and just outside in the nearby counties -Chester, Delaware, Montgomery counties all have pockets that are good for investing. Sounds like you have a lot of home work to do!

@Jerryll Noorden Last time I checked this was an open forum......."I shouldn't stayed out" is BS.......if other people don't chime in and give there experience well than yea......people will only hear negative ones. Telling people that shouldn't voice their experience is horrible to say to someone and you certainly don't have that right.  So no I don't get it........

@Jerryll Noorden You don't know me and you don't know anything about me YET you keep telling me what I know and don't know about SEO. You seem to have A LOT of time on your hand defending yourself as the king of SEO lol. Please........

All I did was provide my experience with the company and all you did was try to break it down. Pretty ****** business practice. Trying to break other people down to benefit yourself or showcase your ability is a losing proposition in my book and overall horrible quality as a human being.

Instead of trashing other companies you should be spending the time building up your own brand.

PS. being on a Podcast doesn't make me "affiliated" with anyone. I can feel the hate coming out of you, maybe during these times you can sit down and look within yourself and ask yourself why this bothers you so much, why does it make you feel like you have to defend or say all these things about them. Maybe you should just concentrate on your own work and clients. Just my 2 cents......
