Hello,

I'm a wholesaler looking for an agent who can provide me with expired MLS listings from the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area.

If you are interested,I can reciprocate by helping you re-list some of these properties.

If interested, I'll be happy to meet with you and discuss.

Thanks.

Can someone please refer me to an investor friendly real estate attorney in  Cape Coral,Fl. who is knowledgeable in wholesaling houses. I need someone to help me put together a short and simple pro buyer's contract that I can assign to an investor/rehabber.

Thank you.

Can someone please tell me  where guys like Kent Clothier and Cameron Dunlap get their hands on vacant house software and turn around and sell it on a monthly subscription basis?

There's another website called the wholesalers tool box that has lists compiled from the USPS . How do they get this information?

Is there a way to compile this data for our local area on our own without  having to purchase subscriptions? How is it done.

Thank you.

Are there any wholesalers out there that work regular full-time jobs at the same time?

I'm considering wholesaling but not really sure how to go about it while holding down a job.

Any suggestions?
