Building Buyers List From Craigslist

Hello All,

I have heard you can begin building your buyers list from Craigslist.  Unless I am making the simple difficult and missing something, How do you use Craigslist to build a buyer's list?  Any guidance would be appreciated.  Thank You

Call ALL the fsbo in your area and introduce yourself. Ask them if they are actively buying. Maybe you help them with another end buyer for the property they are selling. The point is its ALL networking and relationship building. Do that, and you will have plenty of buyers in no time. Good luck!
