@Chris

Thank you for your reply. I understand and respect people not wanting to waste time. If possible, I would like to contact you in the future for those contacts.  My goal, is to, when ready, connect with people who can be trusted and know what they are doing. I try to minimize as many surprises as possible. Thanks Again.

@Jacob,

Thank you for your reply. I plan to buy and hold. I agree my team can develop organically, but if possible, I want to know where to begin my contacting as the need arises. Thanks again and any other advice would be appreciated.

Hey Ben,

Congratulations on your success that is very encouraging.  There is a believe a very trustworthy and reputable wholesaler in Charlotte market.  His name is Nasar El-arabi.  He even wrote a little book, "Flip Houses like Burgers: With no money or no credit.  It was good reading.  I hope you and him could hook up I think you would make a very profitable team.

Best you.

@George Despotopoulos

Thanks for the reply, and I will do a search to find them.  Are there any reputable companies that you know of that you may care to give an honorable mention?   Thanks again!

@Account Closed

Thank you, I agree free comps may not be a reliable source.  Actually, what I am doing  is practicing my property analysis and I did not want to have an real estate agent providing assistance when I really have no intentions to buy that particular property.  I should have been a little more specific on the method of my madness.  But when it is time to pull the trigger, paying a realtor will probably be the way I go.  Thanks again!

Other than asking a real estate agent to run your comp, what do you consider the best resource for comps? And also can you indicate if it is for free or fee.  Thank you!
