There is a for sale by owner home next door to me. I am interested in making that my first wholesale project i do. Im new to the real estate investment world so i need a little guidance on what and how to go about this project as a wholesale. Please help.

Read all you can here first. Talk to the seller. Find out why they are selling. Find out the financials, mortgage (s)? Leins?

Let them tell you a number, then negotiate from there. Use the 65-70% formula.
