thank you, my personal credit is not all that great. I did however purchased my first single family using my personal credit. I was told that starting a corporation which has the opportunity to generate credit and eliminate me from using my personal credit. Would that be a better option or a option at all?

Could the lease be cancel due to new management and renovation?
