whats the best way to find cash buyers? Investors who do rehab and landlords in Mercer county area in New Jersey?

@Fabrice Eliacin there are many methods. Once you find a property, or maybe you can help a local wholesaler in the area. Order cheap bandit signs, buy a large sharpie kingsize pen, put "Cheap Home 4 Sale ~ CASH ONLY ~ Your #" Put about 25 signs near the property. You should get about 50-60 calls, most will be tire kickers, you will have to sort and filter the "investors" from the actual rehabbers/landlords.
