I wholesale 2 single family and 1 two family homes in Trenton. I also had done mutli-family homes in  Hamilton. it all depend what buyers looking for. I ask them they criteria, what they looking for how much they looking to spend and I do my homework. I got a started from a friend/mentor that's been in the business for about 10 years now.

What to do daily to improve from yesterday.  What activities to take apron beside the reading book and watching podcast. I think watch all of biggerpockets podcast.

can i work with a Real Estate Agent. I have a friend who currently have Real Estate License, could i pather up with them?

When wholesaling, whats the best way to find deal? If the owner have an Real Estate Agent, can i still wholesale the property? I have a cash buyers list and already ask and know they criteria.
