Transactional lender B-C transaction

I had a quick question regarding transactional lenders and your BC transaction. I'm under contract for a cash offer and have someone interested with financing. Can I close the AB with transactional lenders cash and sell BC with his financing? I've only ever dealt with cash buyers so this would be new for me. Thank you in advance!

Usually you use transactional funding for same day funding deals like with double closing situations.  If someone you are selling to is using financing that I would guess will take 30-45 days so you are now looking at more of a hard money situation.  As long as your private lender is fine you shoudl be ok.  They might want to charge you more fees or interest for the risk of their moeny being out longer.

Also know that there is a slight risk with your end buyers lender seeing you purchased it and now reselling so quickly.

Good luck
