Transactional lender B-C transaction

I had a quick question regarding transactional lenders and your BC transaction. I'm under contract for a cash offer and have someone interested with financing. Can I close the AB with transactional lenders cash and sell BC with his financing? I've only ever dealt with cash buyers so this would be new for me. Thank you in advance!
