Hi,

I currently have a distressed property under contract in Salisbury MD that allows me to assign it to an end buyer. I would like to place the contract on the Maryland MLS. Has anyone done this before in Maryland and can you tell me how to go about doing it. Both myself (buyer) and the seller live in New York. How will investors get access to see the property ? etc. this is my first time. definitely can use some guidance.

First make sure in your contract you have the ability to list in like this.  You will need to find a Realtor who will list it for you but doubt you will get them to do it for free.

You get into a sticky situation as the Realtor who may list the home as a listing only or limited listing won't be doing any showings so either you will have to show the home or work something with your listing Realtor to have a lockbox placed at the home.

Good luck
