Great advice ! and Yes, I would like to build a relationship with a bank so when/if I ever need to do a refinance on a property , or when I may need to take out a bank loan I would have a better chance. Perhaps I need to know if a particular bank would do a refi on a property that's in my LLC entity, or if I want to move a personal property into my LLC, would the bank call the Note "DUE" etc... Those are the kind of questions I'm referring to

Hi

I have a real estate LLC that was recently started. I want to open up a bank account for the LLC. Wanted to know what is the best kinds of bank that is real estate investor friendly. Just don't want to walk in to any bank. In other words, what are the right questions that I should be asking a bank before I open my LLC account there for real estate investing. What features of the bank should I be looking for as an investor that would be in my best interest down the road. What kind of banks do experienced real estate investors use, and why.

Thank you , your advise would be much appreciated.
