New wholesaler in the Vegas area. I was looking for a referral to a title company that has done business with wholesale transactions before. Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys and gals.

I recommend Nevada Title.  Ask for Tara Visnic. I used them last year for my 4 unit purchase.
