I have started marketing in the Greater Grand Rapids area for wholesale and lease-option properties. Does anyone have suggestions or know someone who works in the West Michigan market that is willing to partner on my qualified leads?

Hi Greg,

 I am an investor/handyman/realtor located 1/2 hr from GR and Kzoo, I see great deals all the time on distressed homes, and realized most need minimal work to be bank qualified. I am interested in assisting your prequalified clients find homes.
