Asking Price

Dear PB Community,

I am just starting out and building a buyers list to wholesale to.  One of the investor I contacted asked me what I charge.  Since I am basically starting with assigning contracts at this time what should my asking price be?  I am located in the DC / Maryland area.  Thank you guys for any and all help.

Sincerly TC Johnson

Great question Tyrone,

Your price is your price. Like everyone said: It varies. BUT to add on, there are some equations you should know in order to analyze and determine a reasonable profit for yourself. Look up (google, bp, youtube etc) how to come up with ARV.."After Repair Value" and MAO..."Max Allowable Offer" there you will find the wholesaler's profit within the equations.

PS. they're VITAL numbers to know ;)
