@Donald Johnston I'd have to agree. General information that could be found floating around the internet - is what I'm finding out as I venture through the course.

Update: There's an introduction video before proceeding to anything. It's a short webinar of him proposing extended coaching, resources, direct access to his email etc for $497. I'm pretty satisfied staying at 97 dollars right now.. also I am only on video/module #2 so I will send updates as I go.

I am also looking into paying for the system. The last review shies me away.. It is stated that the call is in fact a "real live call" not dramatization..I'm seeing David's response to that specifically has no relevance to what is said in the presentation.

Anyone VERY familiar with excel?

I bought a list of absentee owners, which then downloaded into excel sheet.. It is pre-listed with Last name first.

1. There are 1000 names, so I can not manually reverse this. Anyone out there knows how?

2. With Last name first, there are commas involved that I'd like to take out once the names are reversed

@Wayne Brooks @Denise Evans Thanks a lot. Information I was not aware of. I will finalize and confirm these important pieces to determine my next step. (and thanks so much for the organization of this explanation haha helped a lot).

@Lenzy Ruffin Thanks for your thorough response.

I brought this to BP's attention because I didn't see potential in this deal, and figured to share; in case an experienced investor know of any other solutions. OR if I can't take it upon myself, I'm hoping to lead the seller to a reasonable solution other than an investor. I may just pass this one up.

@Chris Grenier I've gotten that number from an agent from its initial listing. Personally, I estimated 70k. Under my impression, with there being mold/water damage in basement the agent increased the repairs..

I'm still waiting on the response of my contractor's estimate.
