Dear PB Community,

I am just starting out and building a buyers list to wholesale to.  One of the investor I contacted asked me what I charge.  Since I am basically starting with assigning contracts at this time what should my asking price be?  I am located in the DC / Maryland area.  Thank you guys for any and all help.
