@Alexander De Arcosyou better get out of the deep end, you are not prepared to dive into marketing or following some step by step program, clearly. Learn the fundamentals of real estate before trying to deal in real estate. Get a text book for agents to take their exam, $20 off Amazon, read it, Chapter One, Page One is where you need to begin. :)
