Administrator vs Personal Representative vs Executor

I've searched the forum and I'm sure the answer is out there somewhere but I figured I would go ahead and start this thread since I can't find it.

When I go pull probate leads from the courthouse I have the option of looking up the Administrator, PR, or Executor. I normally just pull the PR leads but should I be pulling the other two as well? Each one of the three show a different decedent so I'm wondering if I should be marketing to all three rather then just the one?

Any insight anyone?

Each showing a different decedent seems odd. You will want to contact any and all of these people who will be acting to administer the estate.
