The Beginning of Something!!

The more I educate myself, the more confident I become. I'm currently looking for motivated sellers. I've gotten a lot of feed back from emails, but most of the time it's just other Wholesalers or Realtors. I have someone who I think maybe be a good motivated seller but I'm still evaluating this one. I'm just waiting for him to verify a few things. I will have my business cards in a few weeks. And I am working on bandit signs. My first goal is to close first deal. Taking little steps to accomplish this goal such as, building buyers list and leads list. Networking and marketing are also ways I can reach this goal. I have many goals that I must accomplish. But I realized this is just the beginning.  Any advice or opportunities out there???

Keep at it and it will come true! Persistence prevails! Just like with anything you've achieved in life, anything you've succeeded at, real estate is a test. 

Successful are those who make an extra call, who send an extra letter, who try a new way when everyone gave up.
