On my way to my first deal!!!!

Good morning Team,

The last 3 days have been very interesting. I started my first direct mail campaign (absentee owners) thanks @Michael Quarles ; the post cards went out Monday and I have already received 4 phone calls from motivated sellers. I really didn't expect this kind of responses so soon. Get This!!! I have an investor that I have been talking to, I told him about the sellers and he has already given me a letter of intent for one of my deals and agreed on my 5k wholesale fee. Wish me luck

P.S. I will be needing some my major advice as a I try to analyze these deals.
