Yes but it would be disclosed aty closing to the buyer; so wouldnt you pay it at closing?

That was awesome reading thank you very much. I am separating from the military very soon and have been looking into multi families. Could you by any chance point me in the right direction as far as finding out which areas are forecasted to see significant increases.

I wish I had used my VA loan to first acquire a 4 unit. This would be a good option because you can live in a unit for a year then move on to your next, but if you stay at least 2 years you can use the rents from the other units to count as additional income making it easier for you to get into another property. You can't beat the interest rates and the minimal down payments.

How about hard money do you typically get prequalified first or is it entirely based on the deal and how that deal is secured?
