Hey Guy and Gals

Steve Frost the newbie here.

I'm just getting into wholesaling and building my buyers list and was wondering what questions to ask.

So far I have asked the below question:

1. What properties are you looking for i.e fix and flip or buy and hold

2. What price range are you looking for

3. What areas are you looking to buy in

4. How quick can you close

5. Have you got the funds (not sure how to ask this one so would love some advice)

Any advise would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Regards

Steve Frost
