Hey Guys

I went down my local court to get a list of recent probate. The young lady pointed me to a clip board with a load of cases. I thought sweet I will just write these bad boys down then ping a letter. But and there is always a but, do I write to the petitioners or the title. On the title name some had a trust name.

Plus the only address I see is the probate house so do I send the letter there.

Looking forward to the advise guys

Hey Guy and Gals

Steve Frost the newbie here.

I'm just getting into wholesaling and building my buyers list and was wondering what questions to ask.

So far I have asked the below question:

1. What properties are you looking for i.e fix and flip or buy and hold

2. What price range are you looking for

3. What areas are you looking to buy in

4. How quick can you close

5. Have you got the funds (not sure how to ask this one so would love some advice)

Any advise would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Regards

Steve Frost
